Aunt Stella’s Cole Slaw Dressing

 

Ingredients:

½ cup

Sour cream

½ cup

Mayonnaise

¼ cup

Sugar

¼ cup

Vinegar

 

Nutmeg

 

Salt

Directions:

1.       Mix sour cream, Mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar

2.       Add nutmeg and salt to taste.

 

Use about ¼ lb of cabbage per person.

Reducing the sugar or using a sugar substitute has been successful.

Be careful not to use too much salt, as it will draw moisture out of the cabbage.
